Job PurposeResponsible for successful delivery of HR systems and process solutions.Responsible for optimizing recruitment system and process efficiencies.Responsible for maintenance and enhancements of current processes.Responsible to track and drive adoption of new technology/systems.Key Responsibility Areas:Process and Technology EnhancementsEnsure all the set processes for TA are system driven.Working with external vendors and tech partners to resolve system related issues faced by the HR team.Acting as TA project manager for assigned system/tech projects and ensure timely completion of the project.UAT management for TA applications and systems.Address day to day queries from TA partners and other team members on systems/processes managed.Ensure all vendor payments are managed in a timely manner.Support delivery team with relevant data points, accesses and ensure systems work as per defined process.Create SOPs and user manuals.Internal Platform Training and AdoptionIdentifying training needs of end users and working with technology partners to develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs.Track platform usage and publish relevant metrices to drive adoption of all applications.Ensure laid down processes are adhered to by all users.Process and ComplianceCritically review existing processes and identify change areas.Market benchmarking of processes and systems.Draft process notes, Job cards and guidelines on TA processes.Ensure processes are in line with Regulatory and internal guidelinesEnsure policy compliance across TA processes and systems and develop a governance mechanism.Ensure that vendor management related activities are as per policy.Highlight process gaps if any and propose solutions for addressing them.Engage with multiple internal teams and stakeholders on process design and approvals.Key SkillsHR business experienceExperience of successfully managing technology projects and roll outsAbility to work and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical skills - ability to assess processes and outcomes by establishing and interpreting metricsStrong verbal/ written communication and listening skillsStrong organization and planning skills to enable management of multiple prioritiesExperienced with HRMS modules including recruitment, talent management etc.Candidate ProfileMBA ( HR ) with 2 years + experience in Central HR role and Project Management
