Detailed Responsibilities Handle Customer Query / Complaints of Bankas Customers Handle enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank. Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call Outcalling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures .Other duties may be assigned as business needs require: Desired skills and competencies Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. (Night shifts in case of male employees) Open to work on Sundays and Bank holidays Ability and desire to sell Strong Communication confident and determined approach Experience in cross selling various banking products would be an added bonus
