- Leadership & Strategy
- Manage and mentor a content data analyst.
- Develop the vision and roadmap for content data analytics aligned with Content Strategy and Innovation goals.
- Partner across functions to ensure content data supports broader strategic initiatives.
- Data Integration & Flow
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow from content tagging systems across platforms and repositories.
- Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to maintain pipelines and resolve data flow issues.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Define, track, and evolve key content performance metrics in alignment with CDNA.
- Develop and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, and executive readouts.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on content performance data.
- Governance & Quality
- Maintain standards for data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Content Management, Taxonomy and Tagging to ensure consistency in metric definitions, taxonomy, and metadata use across content systems.
- Collaborate closely with metadata/taxonomy teams to ensure semantic alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with content creators, strategists, technology, insights, and data teams to embed data-driven practices in content workflows.
- Support audits and evaluations of tagging completeness, data quality, and content performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years in data analytics, preferably with experience managing analytics for content operations.
- Proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management systems (DAM), metadata/taxonomy structures, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
