JOB DETAILS: Location: Kolkata Shift: US Shift (Night shift) Salary: Hike Working Days: 5 days Working Hours: 7:00 PM- 5:00 AM Process: Inbound Process Roles & Responsibilities: Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner Providing customers with helpful information regarding products and services Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving Generating reports and analyzing customer feedback Qualifications: Requirements & Skills: 3+ years of customer service experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
