Instrumentation Engineer (BOPP)Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the instrumentation and control systems used in the manufacturing of BOPP films. Ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of the production process, including the selection, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments and control systems like PLCs, DCSs, and SCADA.Key Responsibilities:- Designing and specifying instrumentation for BOPP film production, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.- Developing control strategies and programming PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems to optimize production parameters.- Ensuring the proper functioning of all instrumentation and control systems, including regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of issues.- Maintaining accurate records of instrument calibration, maintenance activities, and modifications, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.- Working to improve the efficiency and reliability of the BOPP film production process through the implementation of new technologies and control strategies.Qualification And Experience:1. BE in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Control Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in BOPP manufacturing or a similar field, with demonstrated proficiency in instrumentation and control systems.2. Strong knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues with instrumentation and control systems.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and operators.5.
