Install, configure, and maintain enterprise transmission software across distributed platforms.
Support & troubleshoot file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, Connect:Direct, PGP encryption).
Manage Connect:Direct in both on-premise and AWS Cloud environments.
Create and maintain automation scripts (Perl, Unix Shell, Windows scripting) for production processes.
Monitor and support transmission automation tools used by our 24x7 operations team.
Work with internal teams (Technology, Application, and Business) to ensure project deliverables are met.
Provide client onboarding support and handle any production transmission issues.
Participate in out-of-hours/weekend on-call support.

Must-Have Skills

4–5 years of hands-on experience in Managed File Transfer tools and engineering.
B.E./B.Tech or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Expertise with IBM Managed File Transfer suite (Connect:Direct, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server).
Strong UNIX and Windows OS knowledge.
Proficient with Unix commands & basic scripting (Perl/Shell/Python).
Strong understanding of all file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, Connect:Direct, etc.).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Sterling File Gateway, B2Bi, Splunk, Sterling Control Center, AXWAY.
Experience with Terraform, Chef, Git or similar DevOps tools.
