- Own the end-to-end launch process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product roadmap and launch strategy for APAC markets.
- Directs the end-to-end execution of regional Go-To-Market (GTM) creative strategies. This involves synchronizing product launch GTM across diverse markets including India, Japan, Korea, and SE Asia to ensure a unified brand voice. Oversees the creation of storyboards and static/video assets for product launches and social campaigns
- Establish efficient GTM operations to enable rapid product launches, while navigating a complex matrix of internal stakeholders (Regional Marketing, Legal, Product) and external partners.
- Manage launch timelines, track progress, and coordinate with country and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct and coordinate rigorous pre-launch scaled testing and channel feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to content creation for targeted outreach initiatives, driving product usage and awareness in alignment with regional goals.
- Passionate about AI, with strong understanding of industry trends, Google's and competitors' products and position in the industry
- Ability to manage ambiguity and constant change

- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to create clarity amidst uncertainty and provide detailed, clear instructions to local teams and agencies
- Proven track record of success in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of localization and translation processes
- Experience with go-to-market planning and execution
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
