The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery.Primary Responsibilities:

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using AI
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features to meet business needs
Work with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owner) to identify system requirements
Stay up-to-date with new AI testing tools and test strategies
Develops awareness of upstream and downstream system interactions and dependencies while working on automation solutions
Participates in AI, Agile and CI-CD practices
Adapts to emerging and evolving technology solutions
Analyzes and investigates issues
Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in IT
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process
Automation Expert: REST, Postman, Selenium, Solid knowledge of SQL and Scripting
Working knowledge of AI, Agile and DevOps practices
Solid knowledge of software QE methodologies, tools and processes
Proven to be a self-starter, assertive, and highly motivated
