## What you’ll do:Handle and lead a team for Re-design,Product Transfer,Type testing & certification, Customisation to local market needs, Technical support - for LV switchgear,LV Panels, Final dsitribution and controlgears products.
" - Lead the Low Voltage(LV)Tech transfer, LPD projects -MCBB- PDC ,BZMX, NZM, ACB- PSL , IZM and D-LIne contactor product
\- Lead cost out and VAVE actions as per the alignment of EBS
\- Global Technical coordination for technology transfer
\- Competency and knowkedge management of low voltage switcchgae
\- Lead LV innovation and anticipation actions
\- Re- design / customize LV,switchgear(MCCB,ACB),MCB,RCCB,RCBO.RCD),Controlgear(contactors,o/l relays, ditribution boards
2\. Closely work with external test laboratories like CPRI/ ERDA in India and INTERTEK/ DEKRA . Also manage and comply with product QCO compliances
3\. Perform custom engineering using latest tools 3D modelling including Solidworks
4\. Perform simulation during designing of switchgear using Ansys for vibrations/shocks and thermal analysis to check hot spots.
5\. Communicate with Sales/ Marketing and create Proposals, data sheets, prepare calculations for busbars, temp rise, STC and seismic.
6\. Participate in Demo, events and training sessions with customers and internal teams."## Qualifications:BTech in Electrical /Mechanical
Minimum 18+ years experience in Key vertical of Low Voltage Switchgear, LV Panels and switchboards, controlgears and FD products-MCB,ECD,RCCB,RCBO## Skills:Have in-depth knowledge of LV switchgear design and also product VAVE ,type testing,regulations, coomliances
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build new relationships, lead and mentor the team
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, solidworks and SAP
Should have leadership values- Ethical, Passionate, Acountable,Efficient,transparent and good learner
