Prepare concept design inspiration and mood boards
Create 3D models of design concepts and detailed design
Deliver high-quality rendering shots for exterior and interior
Work on the post production and quality of final rendering images
Prepare rendered architectural coloured floor plans and furniture plans
Iterate the renders with variations in look and feel of materials and furniture

Must Haves:

Ability to function independently yet communicate laterally and upwardly with ease.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate;
Experience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial;
Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential;
Manage work and deliver within a dynamic environment; 2
Highly organized and efficient, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.

Experience and Skills:

From 3 to 5 years of demonstrable 3D modeling and graphic experience, with a strong portfolio for a similar architectural or design practice
Advanced skills in 3D Max, V-Ray, Enscape, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other similar platforms
Bachelors / Master's degree in Interior design or Graphics design
