Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and audits.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and spares to meet production schedules.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for smooth material flow.
Generate and analyze inventory reports using SAP & Excel for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements for material handling.
Implement best practices in inventory control, storage, and warehouse management.
Track and reduce non-moving/slow-moving stock and optimize storage space.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in store operations and inventory accuracy.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of SAP (MM Module) and MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
Sound understanding of inventory management principles in manufacturing/automotive industry.
Familiarity with steel, metal, or auto components industry processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in any discipline.
3–4+ years of experience in inventory/store management, preferably in automotive / steel / metal / component manufacturing industry.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
