Due to the TRT relocation of our global HQ to Clark Global City in Pampanga Philippines, we are recruiting for a Global HR Manager to oversee the Global HR Functions of TRT Solutions Limited. The successful applicant would have a proven track record in building and delivering on a Global HR Solutions for a services company. The successful applicant can come from anywhere in the world but and will be temporarily reporting on a remote (Work From Home) setup. While this role has a remote (work from home) set up where the successful candidate can be based out of any location worldwide, he / she is required to consider a relocation to the TRT office in Clark, Philippines within the following 12-24 months if this request is received from the Management. The opportunity lies for the successful applicant if able to show competency in the first 6-24 months that opportunities will be open for the applicant to go to either Singapore, the Philippines (HQ) or the United States. Assignments will be made on a case by case basis depending on need and capabilities of the applicant.
The role of the TRT Global Human Resources Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of across the various TRT functional departments which are located across the 17 different global locations. The role is to oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with TRT’s executive layer on strategic planning; and serve as a link the different layers of the TRT organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The main duties of the role are as follows:
- Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to deliver world class IT services to our clients.
- Communicate the position of each layer and department location to the other layers departments and locations at TRT.
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation programs.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
The role is also to provide information updates and consult with top executives regarding the organization’s strategic planning. The Global HR Manager is required to identify ways to maximize the value of the organization’s employees and ensure that they are used as efficiently as possible. For example, they might assess worker productivity and recommend changes to the organization’s structure to help it meet budgetary goals.
Some human resources managers oversee all aspects of an organization’s human resources department, including the compensation and benefits or training and development programs. In many larger organizations, these programs are directed by specialized managers, such as compensation and benefits managers and training and development managers.

- Knowledgeable in Labor Law across a variety of Asian European countries and the US.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
- 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- Successful candidate doesn’t need to have a Philippines working visa as the company will cover the application
