- Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, offering best-practice guidance on HCM business processes and solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed requirements
- Analyze business needs and develop efficient, effective configuration solutions that align with requirements
- Lead the design and development of configurations, ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance
- Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan
- Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges
- Document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs, ensuring timely follow-up
- Partner closely with the Applications Support team to ensure seamless post-implementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues
- Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation, including requirements, processes, and procedures
- Review monthly and quarterly release notes, performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations
- Take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery
- 8+ years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
- 8+ years of hands-on configuration implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on the Core HR module and Help Desk
- 8+ years of Business Process Knowledge - Understanding of HR business processes (hire-to-retire, talent management, benefits enrollment, etc.).
- 8+ years of Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis - Ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
- 8+ years of Proficiency in creating configuration workbooks, design documents, and training materials.
- Oracle Implementation Certification in the Core HR and/or Help Desk modules
- Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
- Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
- Strong eagerness to learn, with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Demonstrated technical leadership, with solid planning and follow-up capabilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
