The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects and teams
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality
Automate regression and functional testing using modern frameworks and tools
Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex quality issues
Identify opportunities to improve the overall testing strategy and enhance the product's quality posture
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes
Monitor and report on key quality metrics and testing progress
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and mentor junior team members
Proven passion for continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with performance and/or security testing
