- Own end to end solution design and integration across Finance domains, ensuring consistency across processes, data flows, and reporting outcomes.
- Act as a senior Design Authority partner, providing direction, challenge, and oversight on solution and integration decisions.
- Translate complex finance and business requirements into integrated SAP S/4HANA designs.
- Oversee integration between SAP and non SAP systems, ensuring clarity on accounting impacts and downstream reporting.
- Partner with Functional, Data, Testing, Deployment, and Change teams to enable successful delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear insights on risks, dependencies, and design trade offs.
- Translate complex SAP capabilities into business value and vice versa.
- Shape and evolve the future state business integration architecture to support global rollout and long term sustainability.Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of Extensive experience in large scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. Global Deployment experience preferred. - Experience in SAP BTP a plus Banking domain experience (wealth management, investment banking, retail)
- Experience with multi-GAAP and multi-currency environments
- Strong finance domain knowledge (Accounting, Reporting, Controlling, Consolidation).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale global finance transformation (Big4 or equivalent background preferred).
- Ability to operate credibly at senior executive level, influencing and challenging stakeholders.
