Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager (Hospitality) at CYC Group located in Kolkata. As a Human Resources Manager (Hospitality), you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions within the organization, focusing on the unique needs of the hospitality industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
