💼 Role: M365 Migration EngineerWhat You'll Do:
🎯 Design and implement migration strategies for Microsoft 365.
📊 Assess current infrastructure and develop migration plans.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
🔧 Troubleshoot migration issues and provide technical support.
📝 Document processes and maintain project timelines.
📈 Monitor post-migration performance and optimize configurations.What We're Looking For:
 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and migrations.
 Strong hands-on experience with:
o Exchange Online migrations
o Microsoft Teams migrations
o OneDrive for Business migrations
o SharePoint Online
o Entra ID
 Experience with M365 migration tools such as:
o ShareGate, BitTitan or equivalent
 Strong PowerShell scripting skills for M365 administration and automation.
 Understanding of security, compliance, retention, and governance in M365.
 Experience supporting M&A or tenant consolidation projects (highly preferred).
