About Rapido We are India's largest bike-taxi platform, steadily venturing into Auto, Delivery, Rental, and more. Currently, present in 100 cities, we are growing close to 50% year-on-year with steady funding. We have changed the concept of intra-city travel and made last-mile connectivity affordable to all. Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months. Opportunities don't happen, you create them! Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate who will closely work with multiple stakeholders including product leaders to ensure users are at the heart of the entire design process and primarily ensuring the best practice of the design process Job Responsibilities: Set a vision, influential communication, play a strategic and leadership role in defining and designing intuitive experiences, and engaging interactions Measure what matters and continuously drive improvements in User Experience and the Product to meet the business requirements. Extensive collaboration with the Org level stakeholders (Product managers, QA Team, Tech team, .) to drive product-led growth, define and execute design strategies Ability to define and communicate in the language of Rapido Design System, consistently seeking scope for enhancements & evolving it for the product and the betterment of user experience. To Seek, onboard, collaborate and manage with external Agencies to execute design solutions, aligning with the business goals that are beyond the team's capabilities Ability to gauge, estimate and do the needful for upscaling the Design team which is required to fulfil the business requirements Define project scope and constraints in collaboration with stakeholders Well aware of team member's task problem statement and actively participated in conceptualizing and driving the team to produce design solutions that met the business requirements Understand the impact and how to measure it. Navigate solutions that influence both the inside and outside of the design team and a strong understanding of business success metrics Ensuring consistency of interaction across the app, reviewing interactions created by the team and refine them. Design visually appealing, elegant but impactful end to end experiences that improve the way the users interact, scalable and effective design systems, ability to manage and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously and extensively contribute to the Rapido Design System Collaborate with cross functional teams ( Product, Tech ) to resolve interaction design conflicts, ensuring research insights are integrated into design decisions, curation and articulating the content design mapping the user personas Job Requirements : [8 and above years experience Product design UX /UI into mobile apps design ] Pls share resume along current portfolio to [HIDDEN TEXT] You should have worked in an agile environment where iterative deliverables, multi-tasking, sprints, daily standups, etc are the norm. Demonstrable experience in an end-to-end product design role up to a senior level You have a case study demonstrating your design thought process Comfortable in facilitating workshops Strong visual design and interaction skills Wireframing and prototyping UI design skills, UX design skills Interaction design principles User research skills -User research skills, including knowledge of different research methods such as user interviews, user surveys, and usability testing Proficiency in industry tools and software Work Location _ Bangalore -work from office (Preferred BLR candidates) What's there for you We don't just create content, we have fun with ideas.
