Software Engineering Lead AnalystPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Back-End Engineer – Lead Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. This role requires deep expertise in modern backend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration. The candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs.Responsibilities

Design and Develop backend services and APIs using TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.
Implement event-driven and microservices architectures for high scalability and resilience.
Manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to provision and manage AWS resources.
Build and deploy serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda, EKS, RDS, SQS, and other AWS services.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using OpenShift/Kubernetes and configure service mesh with Istio/Envoy.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and manage progressive deployments with Rollouts.
Integrate monitoring and incident management tools such as Dynatrace APM and ServiceNow API.
Collaborate with architects and product teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Drive code quality, security, and performance optimization across all backend components.
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions within the team.
Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices in backend engineering.

QualificationsRequired Skills:

Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and NPM.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, EKS, RDS, SQS) and Terraform for IaC.
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Experience in API development, service mesh technologies (Istio/Envoy), and distributed systems.
Proven track record in CI/CD implementation using ArgoCD and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and integration APIs (Dynatrace, ServiceNow).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Python and AI/automation frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith.
Optional experience with Java/Spring Boot for cross-stack integration.

Other Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, secure solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
11-13 years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
