Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Service Team LeadYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design.The work model for the role is: #Li - OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Traction Division in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies.
Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, manages project risks, and ensures all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external stake holders to accomplish all project goals/ deliveries.
Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.

Qualifications for the role:

BE Electrical engineer with 5+ years of experience, preferable in electrical industry.
Direct Customer interaction and management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in Stake Holder Management along with Scope and Change Management.
Customer satisfaction should be your top priority.
