From researching and conceptualizing to building reusable design systems and refining the smallest details, you’ll oversee the end-to-end creative process. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor designers, and deliver impactful visual experiences that stand out.RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, develop, and execute design solutions across digital, social, web, mobile, and print channels.
Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling creatives that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Develop and maintain reusable templates, design systems, and creative guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into creative strategies to elevate design quality.
Partner with cross-functional teams including project managers, account managers, and developers to ensure timely, accurate, and effective project delivery.
Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

5+ years of experience in a creative/design role, with proven leadership or mentoring experience.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, advertising creatives, and multi-format design (digital, social, and print).
Excellent eye for aesthetics, with strong conceptual and executional skills in design, illustration, layout, typography, and color theory.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
Hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design is highly desirable.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, HTML, CSS, and web design fundamentals is an advantage.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat) and their creative requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
