- Plan and execute fun and engaging activities for clients.
- Receive and register client requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for optimal service delivery.
- Manage and control inventory & ordering of consumables in the center.
- Monitor upkeep of the facility.
- Ensure tickets are raised for client complaints and the same is addressed on priority.
- Assist your managers in making the center successful.
- Vibrant personality & Positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer centric.
- Good coordination & multitasking skills.
- Knowledge with MS-Office & experience in any other software or application is preferable.
