Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager - Enterprise Business to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience (Mandatory), preferably from the Telecom/ISP industry, with a proven track record of revenue growth and client relationship management. Preferred Candidate Profile- Graduate (MBA preferred)- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (Senior role for higher experience)- Mandatory: B2B Sales Experience- Telecom/ISP industry preferred- Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets- Strong presentation, negotiation & client communication skills- Proficiency in CRM software & data analysis tools- Strategic mindset with strong market understanding Key Responsibilities- Manage & strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers- Understand client business objectives & align technology solutions- Conduct daily customer visits & update CVR and Account Information Systems- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue- Develop & execute strategic account plans for long-term retention- Ensure 100% compliance with CAF, customer documentation & payment collections- Collaborate with Product, Marketing & Operations teams for seamless service delivery- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities & market dynamics (ref:updazz.com)
