Leads the delivery of processes to extract, transform and load data from disparate sources into a form that is consumable by analytics processes using strong technical capabilities. Builds networks with other functional teams across the business to help define and deliver business value, and may interface and communicate with program teams, management and stakeholders as required for delivery.The opportunity

To qualify for the role you must have

Ability to define business processes to understand how technology needs to be integrated and enabled
Experience and understanding of EY technology deployment approach (e.g. technology implementation phases, gather requirements, design, tech set up, tech test and Implementation)
Awareness of broader EY technology landscape (e.g. Global Tax Platform, One Global Methodology Workflow, ServiceNow, EY Interact, My EY and Commercial Management tool)
Ability to convert business challenges into requirements for solutions that are scalable and can be integrated with existing technology assets
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and propose solutions
Ability to work and team effectively with business, technology, client teams and other management personnel across geographies
Ability to clearly communicate to both business and IT audiences
Flexibility and willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

Ideally, you must also

Maintain interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing
Have experience in data extraction, transformation and loading processes
Have hands on experience with any of the ETL tools like Alteryx (preferred) or similar
Have advanced MS Excel skills and Excel VBA (coding, debugging)
Be familiar with common ERP systems
Have knowledge of programming languages and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Office 365 tools, Azure Platform or Excel VBA

What we look for

Bachelors or master's degree, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline
5 - 7 years' experience working in a multi-cultural environment
