- Assist in the administration of benefits programs, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance
- Support the monitoring of benefits administration activities and help identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Coordinate with benefits vendors to facilitate discussions on technical requirements and ensure services meet organizational needs
- Assist in resolving issues with vendors and help implement process improvements to optimize benefits delivery
- Provide accurate data to support internal benefits audits and compliance reporting
- Maintain accurate records of benefits-related activities, including vendor contracts, agreements, and system updates
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations governing benefits administration
- Support the analysis of benefits administration processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements
- Assist in preparing reports on benefits program performance and metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Total Rewards, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in roles related to total rewards or benefits delivery
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
- Experience working across many countries and cultures
- Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
- Basic knowledge in areas of total rewards, benefits delivery, and HR processes
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
- Strong business acumen
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
