• Raw material sampling from plant (whenever required)
• Receiving sample inward entry
• Data feeding in lab book
• Arrangement of samples for analysis with labelling
• Field trial/Regulatory trials sample preparation and raw material arrangement
• Packing material arrangement
• Label cutting and pasting on various packing’s-box packing-dispatches and tracking.
• Subjecting finish product samples for storage stability/shelf life study.
• Analysis of storage stability / shelf life samples-data keeping and reporting.
• Sample packing and security clearing and sample dispatching
• Pre and post cleaning of equipment
• Analysis of intermediate and finish product
• Evaluation of raw materials
• Various reports preparations (RM evaluation, pre and post AHS, CC study, Market sample analysis etc.)
• In-house data generation experiments
• Field trial/Regulatory trials sample preparation and raw material arrangement
• PR raising activity for raw materials/consumables/equipment spares/new equipment
• Maintain chemicals/glass wares equipment’s
• Manpower handing
