Pre-process filament and maintain quality thereof for use in FDM
Setup and operate CNC-controlled FDM
Monitor FDM process quality and make adjustments if
Perform post-processing such as cutting and support
Schedule multiple jobs and projects in parallel, managing multiple machines to achieve throughput.
Work with engineering and technical teams to improve process, give feedback and suggestions on machines and projects.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in the work
Troubleshooting, preventive & scheduled
Participate in skill enhancement training
Prepare digital copies of production report and upload to

Requirements:
Adhere to safety and health procedures
Experience with FDM /FFF Extruders or CNC Machines
Able to communicate verbally & in writing in English
Able to follow manuals, instructions and procedures
Able to manage machine time and schedules
