- Responsibilities:
- • Partnering with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Customer Market Research, and internal and external SMEs to develop a deep understanding of enterprise and public sector customers, including key business challenges, their top operational objectives as well as their buying behaviors.
- • Working with the segment teams, SMEs, and Marketing Intelligence to identify target accounts and highly propensed buyers.
- • Designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns tailored to engage and attract Public Sector & Enterprise customers, ensuring that they align with business objectives and brand values
- • Develop an end-to-end customer journey with tactics and scoring to identify engaged customers and accounts and drive them to 1:1 sales engagement.
- • Developing a content strategy for the entire buyer group, and all stages of the buying journey.
- • Developing clear value propositions for each campaign that addresses customer pain points and showcases the solutions that help businesses solve those challenges.
- • Utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, content syndication, and other digital tools to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness
- • Tracking and analyzing campaign and sales performance using key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Adjusting strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to anticipate shifts in the industry and adjust campaigns accordingly
- • Regularly reporting results to Sales and Marketing leadership.
