Role: State HeadExperience: 18+ years with a full time PG degree in MarketingLocation: Andhra PradeshJob Brief:The State Head will be responsible for driving the sales, distribution, and market development of products across the state. The role demands strong leadership to manage sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional operations to achieve revenue and growth targets.Role Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership for the state s business
  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and manage a strong channel network (dealers/distributors/applicators)
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback
  • Ensure on-ground execution of marketing campaigns, product promotions, and training
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the state sales team
  • Work with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery and stock availability
  • Track performance through KPIs revenue, volume, reach, customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with HO on product launches, pricing, and demand planning
