We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key corporate accounts, and ensure successful execution of MICE events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling MICE packages and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for MICE (domestic & international).- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.- Create tailored MICE proposals and cost-effective itineraries as per client requirements.- Negotiate and close profitable sales deals.- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and trips.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.Key Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE or Corporate Sales in the Travel, Hospitality, or Event Management industry.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.- Knowledge of both domestic and international destinations for corporate events and incentives.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event supervision.Education:- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
