We are seeking a passionate and dedicated *Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Hindi* to join our dynamic educational institution in Mancherial. - Deliver comprehensive and engaging Hindi language instruction to high school students (Classes 9–10) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and implement innovative, student-centered lesson plans aligned with CBSE/State Board syllabi.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and evaluations; provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff and department heads to ensure curriculum coherence and academic standards.
- Participate in school-wide events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (BA) with Postgraduate qualification (MA) in Hindi or equivalent.
- B.Ed. (Hindi) or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting (preferred in high school level).
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and literary knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology for classroom instruction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) as per school schedule.
- Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to the school’s code of conduct.
- Ability to work under a 2-year bond agreement post-joining.
