Senior Officer- Security

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for Township Development projects
• Oversee security measures for Real Estate projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation plans
• Manage security personnel and resources effectively
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and requirements
• Ensure the enforcement of security policies and procedures across all project sites
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies to enhance organizational security posture

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated expertise in security management and operations

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice, etc.)

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification preferred
• Additional certifications in security or risk management a plus

• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
• Proven integrity and ethical conduct

• Deep understanding of security protocols and best practices
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security in the Real Estate industry
• Experience in conducting security assessments and implementing security solutions
