About the role:A Sales Manager is crucial in bridging the gap between individual BDEs and sales management. They directly supervise and support a team of Business development executives( BDEs), acting as coaches, motivators, and strategic guides. A Sales Manager's key performance indicator is the sales (INR) they can do in a month.Roles & Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly targets through effective communication, negotiation, and deal closure.- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences for property purchases.- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.- Identify potential customers' requirements and pitch properties accordingly to meet their needs.- Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation for successful deals.Desired Candidate Profile:- 0-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields.- Proven track record of achieving target achievement in a similar role.- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.- Strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.Qualifications & Skills :1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).2. Strong phone presence and experience in handling tough clients.3.
