Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment in delivering customer requirements and resolving issues.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and company objectives.
Lead contract negotiations, collaborating with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management and maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Conduct IP due diligence for partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements and monitor and enforce IP rights, including investigating and addressing potential infringements.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth for wind turbines, including identifying new market opportunities, analyzing customer needs, and formulating effective sales strategies.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as project developers, utilities, and government entities to promote wind turbine sales and secure long-term business relationships.
Manage the end-to-end contract process, including reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and addressing any contractual issues or disputes.
Conduct negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other business partners to secure favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.Qualifications:Batchlor of Engineering + MBA for reputed college/universityMinimum 5 years experience in sales and business development roles within the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind turbine sales or related fields
Solid understanding of contract management principles and experience in negotiating and managing contracts
Knowledge of the rebewable energy industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape
