Serve as a Function Lead from both technical and delivery perspectives, with a focus on project and resource management.
Effectively influence, direct, and monitor project work to ensure flawless execution.
Apply established relationships to collaborate effectively at various levels within and across business areas.
Develop a strong understanding of the business to support decision-making and communicate effectively.
Successfully manage and take accountability for projects, including identifying, setting and meeting deadlines.
Resolve conflicts effectively and ensure alignment with business strategies.
Promote critical thinking by challenging ideas, methods, guidelines, and procedures.
Act as a point of escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle.
Complete project operations with a strong focus on delivery management, risk management, and quality assurance.
Ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures within the team, consistently improving the level of performance.

Qualifications:Education:

Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any stream.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Intermediate to advanced skills in modern front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
Proven ability to build reusable React or web component patterns across applications/systems.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Experience working on cross-functional teams with roles such as user experience/build and product.
Familiarity with testing tools like Jest/Happo or other visual regression testing tools.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, such as GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
