Clay Craft has experienced gradual and sustained growth since then and has added various products to its portfolio, including fine bone china tableware, premium plastic household items, decals/transfer sheet, refractory, and ceramic machinery. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at Clay Craft India Private Limited in Jaipur. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing sales orders with production department, following up with customers for payments, managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales operations, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in sales or related field Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints with tact and empathy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
