- Assist in planning and execution of Company's annual BIA, BCP test, Call Tree Test, and Crisis Simulation Exercise
- Assists in annual review of Company's BC Plan, and Emergency Action Plan
- Assist in developing training, bulletin, communication and survey material
- Assists in reviewing BCM documents.
- Assists on updating disruption log.
- Follow-up with relevant Business Units on any pending items.
- Assists in preparing reports and other relevant documents.
- Gain hands-on experience in conducting BIA and establishing BC Plan, develop a deep understanding of critical business processes and dependencies in an insurance company
- Enhance project management skills
- Develop effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements related to business resilience, contributing to the development and review of BCM documents
- Cultivate problem-solving abilities by resolving or overcome obstacles during performance of task/duties
- Develop teamwork skill by engaging with cross-functional teams and Business Units, building relationships, and driving alignment towards common goals in mitigating risks and ensuring business continuity
- Enhance attention to detail and organisational skills by maintaining accurate records of disruptions and follow-up actions, supporting effective decision-making and audit readiness
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
