Purpose of the RoleThe role will be responsible for consolidating inputs across the various components of BU, conduct financial analysis including cost and budget calculations, present MIS; to provide for decision making with ease for the BU senior management.Job Responsibility
Profitability (P&L, BS, FCF) across various levers – Entity, STU, Tender, Depot

Cash Flow planning

Competition benchmarking

Partnering with business to develop Annual Operating Plan & Strategy financials

Variance analysis with respect to budget, outlook, tender quotes etc

Detailed analysis of major cost elements and fixed expenses

Leverage available IT tools for efficiency improvement

Process institutionalization & establishment of internal control across operations including quality

Handling of audit queries

MIS preparation
Receivables
Revenue Booking & Reconciliation
Vendor control

Desired Candidate Profile

Education : CA/CMA final
Relevant Experience : 3-6 years

Skills & Competencies

Good command over Excel,
Hands on with SAP

Tata Motors
