- New Equipment/facility planning and installation.
- Technical Support to Production / Maintenance for production ramp-up, productivity improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding project timelines & analyzing critical path to achieve targets
- Specification finalization for equipment after understanding the project scope and implementing feedback from internal customers
- Procurement of equipment with the latest technologies and selection of procurement partners
- Design approval and buy-off considering SQPC requirement
- Commissioning of all facilities and equipment in the Press Shop
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and implementation in work areas
- Ensuring a safe environment and quality assurance during the installation and commissioning of equipment
- Analysis of production requirements & propose & implement countermeasures related to space & capacity planning to match production targets.
- Sound knowledge of Press Shop Equipments (Press, EOT Crane, Conveyor) & Press shop operation mandatory
- Hands-on Experience in the Erection & Commissioning of equipments.
- Work experience in Greenfield projects will be preferred.
- Expertise in press machine accuracy check and Robot teaching/simulation/troubleshooting
- AutoCAD, Knowledge of PLC/Drives mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS PowerPoint
