The Chief Compliance Officer will oversee and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements within the organisation and drive it to a successful IPO. This role is based in Mumbai and involves implementing compliance frameworks and advising on legal matters to support business operations effectively.

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across the organisation.
Handle the SEBI, LODR and other secretarial compliances essential for the business
Manage the IPO process of the company from fillings to execution
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on compliance-related matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all projects meet regulatory standards.
Oversee training programmes to educate employees on compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
