- Own day-to-day management of the Binder DAM platform
- Upload, organize, tag, and maintain product images and digital assets
- Ensure metadata, naming conventions, and taxonomy are consistently applied
- Manage asset versioning and retirement in coordination with Marketing
- Support CX and Sales with timely access to accurate product imagery
- Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or outdated assets
- Maintain a clean and reliable image catalog aligned to product SKUs
- Ensure imagery reflects current assortments, colors, and branding
- Partner with Marketing to support launches, seasonal updates, and campaigns
- Validate imagery used across B2B tools, CX workflows, and communications
- Maintain visual layouts, category imagery, and navigation structure
- Support updates to thumbnails, banners, and product presentation
- Identify usability and navigation issues impacting CX and customers
- Recommend and support UX improvements
- Assist with testing and validation of visual or navigational changes
- Work closely with CX as the primary day-to-day partner
- Collaborate with Marketing on asset standards, branding, and launches
- Coordinate with IT and Product teams for platform changes and releases
- Support documentation of standards and best practices
- 2-4 years of experience in DAM, digital content, or eCommerce support
- Hands-on experience with Binder DAM (required)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience managing large image catalogs tied to SKUs or products
- Basic understanding of UX principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting B2B ordering or eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with product data or apparel catalogs
- Exposure to UX tools or usability testing
- Experience working in a global support model
