This role is responsible for leading PAN India sales for lab diagnostic solutions with a business size of approximately USD 50 million, while also enabling another USD 50 million across allied verticals.The key responsibilities include: * Leading the PAN India sales function for the lab diagnostics solutions business, managing a business size of approx. USD 50 million.
  • Engage with a diverse client base including standalone labs, diagnostic chains, and hospitals across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
  • Responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and channel partner development.

  • Proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics/hospital chains.
  • Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills - open-minded, empathetic, adaptable, and effective in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to managing business partners/distributors along with internal cross-functional leadership
