o Take the lead on the Business/solution discussions
o Milestone Testing
o Knowledgeable enough to manage Client/Business discussion, Testing alone on need basis
o Cutover, Conversions, Go Live and Production Support
o Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions.
o Should have excellent understanding on SDLC process
o Good understanding on overall SCM functional areas to provide support with Business & Client requirements understanding, recommendation for Solution approach & Documentation of Detail Design framework
o Conduct SIT/UAT Testing, Business Training & Testing supportAdditional Responsibilities :o Exposure to Oracle SCM implementation and rollout
o Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management
o Good Consultation skills
o Experience in Implementing Big Transformation Projects
o Exposure on Procurement, Inventory, BOM, Shipping module skillsTechnical and Professional Requirements :o Order Management
