- Manage team of Acquisition Managers to source NTB customers in Agri SME space.
- Acceptable knowledge of respective geography and ability to recruit quality team members quickly.
- To understand customers business model, decent ability to appraise financials and identify suitable NTB business opportunities for Working capital (fund based/non-fund based) and Term Loan facilities in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries.
- Cross sell liability and other third party products on newly on boarded customers.
- Closely work with Credit and risk function, legal and technical teams, RCAD and GR/GTS team for smooth customer onboarding & effective risk management.
- To collaborate with internal bank channels and develop open market sourcing thru DMA’s, CA’s and financials consultants. Ability to develop network & channels in various business segments thru associations and industry bodies, ware house managers etc.
- Improve efficiency by monitoring and suggesting improvement in processes basis ground reality and market trends.
- CA / Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate in Banking and Finance.
- Strong oral and written Communication.
- Relationship and team leading Skill
