Job Description: * Office Management:Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.Negotiate vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Front Desk Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.Provide assistance to visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Travel Arrangements:

Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.Process travel expenses and reimbursements.

Administrative Support:

Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments.Arrange meeting rooms and necessary equipment.

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.Desired Candidate Profile:

Any graduate
4-5 years on similar role
