- Strong Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows server (Blue Screen Errors, performance issues,
- permissions issues)
- Strong troubleshooting skill in Windows server recovery.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skill of Windows Cluster.
- Must have thorough experience in handling the Windows Clusters and troubleshooting of the issues.
- Strong understanding and experience on Windows Server patch management tools like WSUS, SCCM and strong
- in planning of patching of large number of Windows servers using tools.
- Expert knowledge in DHCP, Scopes and understanding super scopes and troubleshooting of any issues.
- Must have hands on experience in File share servers and DFS and troubleshooting.
- Strong in migration planning and designing for various Windows technologies like File server, Windows Operating
- System etc.
- Experience in handling print servers, KMS Servers.
- Knowledge on Radius servers.
- Worked on Antivirus related issues - Trend, Symantec, Microsoft Forefront and understanding of AV concepts
- Good Exposure to various tools and technologies (VM Ware, Citrix, Virtualization etc)
- Working knowledge of server virtualization (Hyper-V, Vmware) host and Guest OS.
- Expertise in automation and reduction of manual efforts through Scripting/tools, Scripting knowledge/ experience
- in VB Script, PowerShell is must.
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly Good time management skills with strong documentation skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.

- Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets providing RCA.

- Handling 3rd party for underpinning contract SLA's
- To provide technical support to clients, respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause
- analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and specifications on system builds, disaster recovery, and
- standard operating procedures.
- Drive root cause analysis and provide feedback to improve customer architecture changes.
- Drive customer escalated issues to closure by providing workarounds and fixes in a timely manner.

- and implementation of Active Directory Replication.
- Expert knowledge and must have hands on experience on DC replication and underlying issues. health check

- Understanding of Trusts and knowledge on validating trusts, experience in designing and deploying new Active
- Directory domains and domain/ forest trusts.
- Expert knowledge and must have worked on OUs, GPOs, GPO Modelling and analysing the issues.
- Experience in designing Group Policies and managing them, strong troubleshooting skill in GPO related issues.
- Expert Understanding on DNS concepts, DNS backup and must prepare health checks.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft DNS and troubleshooting skill in resolving DNS related issues.
- Strong understanding of File Replication Service (FRS) and Distributed File System (DFS) and strong troubleshooting skill in FRS and DFS replication issues.
- Understanding of AD sites and subnets, Binding.
- Must have worked on deleted objects and restoration.
- Must have hands on experience on getting AD reports like, active users and other AD reports.
- Basic understanding of ADCS, Root CA, subordinate CAs, creation of CSRs, knowledge on CRL
- Must have knowledge on all the Ports.
- Sound knowledge on NTP servers and troubleshooting.
- Strong Understanding of ADSI edit concepts.
- Must have knowledge on system state backups and restoration.
- Knowledge on ADFS is an added advantage.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by responding to all customer filed issues specific to AD & Windows and providing
- relief either through self or by driving visibility of the issues upstream to ensure they get fixed.
- Improve product supportability and serviceability by actively participating in new design development to provide
- feedback to drive increased stability of AD and Windows platforms for enhanced customer satisfaction.
