- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle complaints effectively, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Support e-commerce / e-pharmacy-related customer interactions (preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers (0–1 year) with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work on weekends if required.
