We are hiring a Customer Support Executive in Ahmedabad.Job Description – Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: AhmedabadExperience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)Education: Graduate in any disciplineLanguages Required: Hindi, English, GujaratiKey Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle complaints effectively, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Support e-commerce / e-pharmacy-related customer interactions (preferred).
Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers (0–1 year) with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on weekends if required.
