- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, prepare statutory filings, and ensure CPF, tax, and related obligations are completed within deadlines.
- Respond promptly to client queries, delivering excellent service and building trust through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align payroll operations with service level agreements and ensure smooth delivery.
- Support profitability by managing your portfolio efficiently and ensuring adherence to defined margins and performance targets.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, and confidentiality in all payroll-related activities.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably in an outsourced or multi-client environment.
- Solid knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, structured thinking, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with payroll systems and data-driven approaches to decision-making.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
