We are currently looking for a Payroll Executive in India.As a Payroll Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to resolve queries, deliver seamless payroll operations, and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements.   • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, prepare statutory filings, and ensure CPF, tax, and related obligations are completed within deadlines.
  • Respond promptly to client queries, delivering excellent service and building trust through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align payroll operations with service level agreements and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support profitability by managing your portfolio efficiently and ensuring adherence to defined margins and performance targets.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, and confidentiality in all payroll-related activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably in an outsourced or multi-client environment.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, structured thinking, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and data-driven approaches to decision-making.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Behavioral fit including ownership, humility, autonomy, and the ability to handle tough conversations constructively.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
