  • Accountable for L1 & L2 support for Linux/Unix based telecom applications.
  • Accountable for resolving Environment defects issues by analysing the logs.
  • Accountable for executing Oracle/SQL queries to check the DB configuration.
  • Accountable for coordination with different stakeholders towards closure of reported issue.
Must have skills:
  • Middleware Applications ( WebLogic, WebSphere)
  • Apache Tomcat
  • Linux/UNIX
  • SQL/Oracle
  • ITIL Framework.
  • Stakeholder Management.
