FunctionPlant OperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a Team Manager - Al Phase CC you will be a part of Machine Shop department and will report to Section Head - Al Phase CC. You will be responsible to take care of the daily operations in the Al Phase CC as per the production requirements.A purpose driven role for youYour key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to
  • Preparation of all the documents related to DWM & their analysis e.g. control charts, Process sheets, Inspection sheets and machine check sheets.
  • Daily Monitoring of Prod. Targets as per customer requirements & takt time
  • Arranging and tackling manpower according to working pattern
  • Maintaining the Documentation as per requirements of IMS
  • Daily rejection analysis and applying the counter measures to the problems by using SDCA & PDCA approach
  • Exposure of Production Measurable functions PQCDSM
  • Calculating line efficiency and OEE data
  • Implementation of TPM activity on shop floor
  • Ensure 5S & daily maintain in working area
  • Tool Life Monitoring & Tool Cost Analysis
  • Leading and motivating the team to give Suggestion, perform Kaizens.
A Day in the life
  • Shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation.
  • Meet Daily Production Target of Engine components produced in Aluminium Phase with optimum utilization of resources.
Academic Qualification & ExperienceB.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 Years of relevant work experienceDiploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 Years of relevant work experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge
  • Practitioner Level of 5S , TPM & IMS Execution.
  • Problem Solving Approach
  • 7 QC tools
  • Basic Awareness of JIT methodology
  • SAP PP Module
